Where are the warranty parts that were to be sent?????? I have been waiting for 3 months and you won’t send them. You provide documents from UPS but when you contact UPS with the tracking numbers, they say nothing has been shipped and they are fake tracking numbers. This is how you treat customers that purchased a scooter.

Beware!!!!!!! This company is not legit. They are from Hong Kong with an unoccupied leased out address in California to receive payment. I purchased a Koppla and guess what? I got a Mangosteen defective scooter. I was told that they can name it whatever they want when it lands in the USA from China. Well, the scooter says Mangosteen as does the title. It is a totally different scooter. They will send you a knock off that is nothing like what is on their website. They say you are warrantied. Nope. They say they will send you parts but they don’t. They will give you fake information to call a number for tracking and do nothing else. Liz, you should be ashamed that you scam people of their hard earned money. You stole 3K from a 16 year old who needed transportation to get back and forth to work. Great job!!!!

Please text me back I want to buy 1 of your scooters I bought a soversky and had nothing but trouble with and trouble with seller your company seems legitimate especially since you carry a hole parts dept do you have a tech person do your parts have to come from China and give me a run down on the garuntee and can we speak by phone if necessary please get back to me
